As an independent, largely volunteer-driven group, we are committed to delivering quality journalism – but like many local papers, we face financial challenges due to rising costs.

From 28th April to 4th May, we’re launching a fundraising campaign supported by the Local and Independent News Association (LINA) to help keep your voice loud in our community.

While we have great support from advertisers and readers, we are not yet in a secure financial position.
